PAX: MIniVan (Q), Ambien(respect), Squid, Spaulding, Wet Wipes, Dabo, Peaches, Goose(respectx2), Schnitzel(respect), Spaghetti-o, JV, Chumbucket, Hermanos, Mandles(Atlanta)

Conditions: 72 low humidity, rain.

  • Warmup:
    • TTT IC x 9 (supposed to be 10…)
    • IW IC x 10
    • HB IC x 10
  • The Thang
    • The Q has 3 workouts to choose from A,B or C
      • JV being the longest standing F3 member chooses workout B
        • FYI – A = Burpee ladder starting at 1 , 21, 2, 20, 3, 19 etc…
        • Workout C- Merkin/ burpee ladder –
    • 1 x Burpee
    • Mosey a short distance and start with
      • 10 Jump squats
      • 10 Groiners
      • 10 Merkins
    • 2nd stop 14 of each
    • 3rd stop 19 of each
    • 4th stop back to 10 of each etc..
    • Made it thru 8 stops along the way
    • 3 miles, 110 jump squats, groiners and merkins
  • Mary:
    • 11’s with right leg pickle pointers at 1 end and left leg pickle pointers the other end
      • Some PAX need to work on their Pickle Pointer form….
  • Announcements: P200, Buffalo Run, Daufauskie run, Sign up for the Q
  • Prayers: Wets Wipes oldest son (Elijah) MiniVan’s daughter (Nikki)
  • MoleSkin:
    • JV arrived and left with no crash
    • Good to have some F3 brothers from Bluffton
    • Brutus was not around to demonstrate proper Pickle Pointer form
    • A morning in the rain gives new meaning to SYITG…
    • Good push by all!
