Air Presses x 10 IC

Squats x 10 OMC

IW x 10 IC

10 Burpees on the minute for 5 minutes (the beginning of 50’s)

Mosey over to the tokens.  Each PAX retrieves one block and heads back to the field

Thang: The goal is 1,000 reps – 50 of each exercise

Squats, SSH, IW’s, Merkins, BBSU’s, Lunge Walk, Bicep Curls w/block, Mtn Climbers, Step ups, Derkins, Plank Jacks, Flutters, Dips, V-ups, LBC’s, Chest Press w/block, Overhead Claps, Block Squats, American Hammers……done….mission accomplished!

Put the blocks away and long mosey around Town Centre
