Conditions:  Breezy, 60ish degrees

PAX: Swanson, Big Spur, Cowbell, Ballcock, Daipers, Kiffin, Rachel Ray, Gump, QIC Stones

Warmup: SSH x 25 IC, TTH x 20 IC, AC Froward x 10 IC, AC Backward x 10 IC, Indian Run to COTC

The Thang:

13’s in honor of Tiger’s Masters victory.

Round 1 – Merkins at the top of the hill, V-Ups at the bottom of the hill near the dock.  Plank up when finished or help the six.

Round 2 – Dips, LBCs

Indian Run mosey back to the flag

Mary – 1 minute plank


Prayers – For all pax that are DR this week; people navigating the traffic circles; that all pax can carve out some time to pray and reflect on the fact that Jesus died on the cross for our sins.
