Too Far for Blocks? No.

Welcome, Intro and Disclaimer

  • When: April 6, 2019
  • QIC: Spaghetti-O
  • The PAX: Brutus, Ambien, Cookies (respect), Smog, Spaulding, Bartman, Chumbucket, Hermanos
  • Conditions: 62 Degrees & clear

Warm Up (IC unless noted otherwise):

  • SSH x 25
  • Through the Tunnel x 15
  • Imperial Walkers x 15

The Thang:

YHC decided to test the theory that it is never too far for blocks.  Mosey to pick up blocks from the depot head to the offices on the corner:

10 Block Curls

10 Block Presses

Mosey to Waters Edge:

10 Block Squats

Mosey to King Neptune:

10 two-foot QBert stair jumps with a Block press at the top

Mosey to the first gangplank by the fuel dock (Marina):

Advance two gangplanks with the block Press the Block 10 times and return to gangplank 1 without the block

Repeat until you hit the Disney bridge.

Mosey home with a stop for 10 presses.

Return the Blocks

After 4 miles, it was decided that it is indeed never to far for blocks.  This group really pushed each other to achieve this workout.
