The Thang: Merkin Burpee ladder● Begin a traditional burpee with a single push up at the bottom, then complete.
Drop back down for a second burpee with two push ups, then complete. Pyramid
up to 10.
● Deck 1 = 1 merkin burpee
● Deck 2 = 1 merkin burpee & 2 merkin burpee
● Deck 3 = 1 merkin burpee & 2 merkin burpee & 3 merkin burpee
● Deck 4 = 1 merkin burpee & 2 merkin burpee & 3 merkin burpee & 4 merkin
● Down the stairs to continue up the ladder to a 1-10 merkin burpee
● TOP OF DECK – Work our way back down the ladder with a Groiner Burpee Ladder
● 10 groiner burpee & 9 groiner burpee…..1 groiner burpee
● Finish at Pavilion with 1-6 groiner burpee
● Legs and arms raised 6” – Arm flutters
● Legs raised 6” arms at iron cross – Seal clap x 10
