Let’s make a deal – If you don’t want to run you can do 30 Squats (no one)

  • 100 Burpees
  • 200 Squat position overhead air presses
  • 300 Resistance rows
  • 400 Resistance curls
  • 2 x Chariot races switching at the ½ way point


  • Leg raise 6” above for the 6
  • Hello Dolly x 20 (the Q had terrible form and could barely hold it together…)
  • Flutters x 40 (Bartman led)
  • Hold lowplank for 20s

  • PAX would rather run with the 6 then chariot race on their own
