-For those in the path of Hurricane Michael

-For those that couldn’t be with us this morning

-Stay safe out there!

-Thank you everyone that came out to make a great AO kickoff!

-It was great to have a confluence of Bluffton and Hilton Head out on a beautiful Saturday morning to put in some work before their weekend started.

-I’m still in awe of Urkel putting in a 15 mile ruck before the workout! T-Claps

-Joker successfully picked up the Gambit slack in the complaint department.

-JV may not be the fastest Bearcrawler, but falling on his face didn’t slow him down at all.

-In hindsight, we should have done the Bearcrawl Race before the sun came up and exposed Squid in his silkies.

Its always a pleasure to lead this group of men!

Chum Bucket Out!
