Moleskin:

  • The Dab has been on my mind a lot this month. It is one of those workouts that is truly ours. It doesn’t show up a lot around F3Nation. I wanted to put my own twist on it so the idea of a mini-dab on the bus started to form. Then I thought of frosted mini dabs, but what would the frosting be? Well, a spoon full of sugar helps the medicine go down. And what is the first thing we do nearly everyday to help take our DRP? Side Straddle Hops. Boom, there is our frosting. We can do SSH until the six arrives!
  • Peaches comment was, “I though you were more creative than this.”
  • My creativity for this one was spent creating the graphic that would follow this workout
  • Proud of the PAX for pushing through this one!
  • Peaches inspired me to try something new. I started talking to Chumbucket about it this morning. More details to follow.
