- Mosey to the track
- 7’s—6 Burpees on the track, mosey through field to track on the other side, 1 Big Boy, mosey back, 5 Burpees, mosey, 2 Big Boys, mosey ect.
- Line up on goal line, mosey to 25 yard line, 25 Burpees, jailbreak back, hold plank until the six finishes
- Mosey to 50 yard line, 50 Merkins, jailbreak back, hold plank until the six finishes
- Mosey to opposite 25 yard, 75 squats, mosey back, hold plank until the six finishes
- Mosey to the other end of the field, 100 Air Humpers, mosey back, hold Planck until the six finishes
- Mosey to opposite 25 yard, 75 squats, mosey back, hold plank until the six finishes
- Mosey to 50 yard line, 50 LBCs, mosey back, hold plank until the six finishes
- Mosey to 25 yard line, 25 Big Boys, jailbreak back, hold plank until the six finishes
- Mosey to bleachers next to the track (because the gate to the Football field was locked)
