  • Conditions: 60 degrees and clear as a bell

Warm Up (IC unless noted otherwise):

  • SSH x 25
  • IW x 15
  • Windmill x 15
  • TTT x 15
  • Arm circles x 10 (forward and back)

The Thang:

Mosey around Belk and back up Dove Street.

At the home field:


Burpees one side of the field Squat Jumps on the other

Two laps around the large field with Bartman lunges across the Stage area.


Merkins and Mountain climbers together on each side of the field.

One lap with Bartman lunges around the field and to the flag.
